- Bloodchill Cavern Location Not for sale. From level 12 a courier may bring you a dinner invitation, and Harkon carries one too, so killing him at the end of the Dawnguard story is another way in. Either letter sends you to a feast at a manor just south of Frostflow Lighthouse (Guests for Dinner). Finish that quest and the manor in Bloodchill Cavern is yours, with a purse of gold: stop the vampires and a surviving guest hands it over; let the guests die and the waiter gives it to you along with a key.
