Enemies here
29 enemy types: 29 people. Each links to its strength, resistances and what it carries.
Leveled ones: some enemies here are stand-ins the game fills when the area loads, each from a list, by your level. They can turn into these; the number is how many stand-ins here can give it, the most widespread first: Thalmor Soldier (6), Thalmor Wizard (3).
Can come later: these start switched off, until a quest or an event brings them: Imperial Soldier, Bandit, Bandit Scout, Bandit Berserker, Bandit Monk, Highwayman Berserker, Highwayman Monk, Highwayman Scout, Marauder Berserker, Marauder Monk, Marauder Nightblade, Marauder Scout, Outlaw Berserker, Outlaw Monk, Outlaw Scout, Peddler, Pillager Berserker, Pillager Monk, Pillager Nightblade, Pillager Scout, Plunderer Berserker, Plunderer Monk, Plunderer Nightblade, Plunderer Scout, Thug Berserker, Thug Monk, Thug Scout.

In Jay's changelog
What Jay's changelog for GTS says about it, newest revision first. A later revision can have changed it again; the rest of this page is what base GTS does now.
- V116 Thalmor Import Their Furniture: If the empire wins the civil war and the Thalmor get an embassy in Windhelm, the building will get some of their elven furniture and chests, as the elves like to feel at home. Likewise, Ancano’s room at the College will also have the imported furniture. I like that it shows the Thalmor’s petty personality haha, they’re too good to lie on a nordic bed! Disgusting! Ancano’s furniture will be gone if he “leaves” the College. I’ve done the same on the Thalmor Camp in the island of Wyrmstooth, so in general you will get to see the Thalmor furniture style more often.
From base GTS 118's own records: the winning copy of DES_LCO_WTThalmorCampLocation (LCO_Wyrmstooth.esp). People: where the game places them as a game starts; they walk about.
