Riften Mistveil Keep

Enemies here

4 enemy types: 4 people. Each links to its strength, resistances and what it carries.

Leveled ones: some enemies here are stand-ins the game fills when the area loads, each from a list, by your level. They can turn into these; the number is how many stand-ins here can give it, the most widespread first: Stormcloak Soldier (92), Bandit Scout (2), Imperial Soldier (2).

Can come later: these start switched off, until a quest or an event brings them: Imperial Soldier, Bandit, Bandit Scout.

Radiant quests
